Digify Agency is committed to providing a transparent, accessible, and confidential Grievance Mechanism for Workers (GRM) to address any concerns related to labor practices, workplace conditions, and potential violations, including gender-based violence (GBV), sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), and sexual harassment (SH). The GRM applies to all workers involved in the TechSart Project (Pioneer Program) and ensures that grievances are addressed fairly, consistently, and promptly.
Workers submit grievances via email, phone, online forms, or suggestion boxes.
The HR team will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 3 working days.
The complaint will undergo an initial assessment to determine the appropriate
course of action.
A thorough investigation will be conducted within 10 working days. If the case
involves GBV/SEA/SH, it will be referred immediately to TechSart’s GRM.
The final decision and resolution will be communicated to the complainant
within 20 working days, unless circumstances require additional time.
